Payment

• Payments accepted in any currency (exchanged into EUR (€)) through PayPal's Goods and Services, once sketch has been approved.• Full price will be discussed before the start of the sketch phase, to make sure the artist and the commissioner are on the same page.• Refunds will not be allowed once the commission is past sketch phase. If the commission takes longer than 3 months, the commissioner is allowed to ask for current progress and inquire for a refund if the commission still hasn't progressed.• No more changes can be done without an extra charge past the lining phase.

Rights

• The artist reserves the right to deny your commission and refund you at any point without an explanation.• By commissioning the artist, you consent to the use of the commissioned art for self-advertising purposes. If the commissioner would like exclusive use/rights of the artwork or use it for promotional purposes, the commissioner is required to inquire about this before payment occurs.• Commissioners may use the finished piece(s) at their discretion (Non-commercially). Credit is much appreciated but not necessary.• The artist will send a sketch for confirmation through the medium the commissioner has chosen. Changes and scrapping may then still happen. Any further WIPs have to be requested by the commissioner.• The artist reserves the right to possibly re-use any scrapped sketches for personal use.

Work Process

• It is required to have a digital reference as the artist uses the colour-picking tools for the proper colouring of your character(s).• When ordering a NSFW (Not Safe For Work) piece, the artist will require confirmation that both the commissioner and the characters in the commission are 18+.• Once the form has been sent, the artist will contact the commissioner through their chosen means once they're ready to work on their commission. This may take a little while depending on the to-do list of the artist (their to-do list is public on Trello).• The artist will send a sketch for confirmation through the medium the commissioner has chosen. Changes and scrapping may then still happen. Any further WIPs have to be requested by the commissioner.• Any information not given with the initial order form or character reference will be seen as artistic freedom and will not be corrected. The more precise you are during ordering, the less errors of communication could happen between the artist and the commissioner.

Commissions

By commissioning me, the artist, you, the commissioner, agree to have read and approved the terms of service. If anything seems unclear, please don't be scared to ask.

Icons

Icons are, by default, 550x550. You're free to request another size if you would like.
They're squared headshot or busts of your character, representing them the best possible in the size given. It can be a specific mood your character would be in all the time, a particular item, accessory they hold dear that would be present, ...
These are just examples of the possibilities.
Price will vary depending on complexity of the character and of the add-on(s).
If taken with anything over simple BG (From simple BG to detailed BG), these will be textured unless told otherwise. You can also request a specific genre of texture to be used (grunge, vcr, camera, ...)

Busts

Busts are a shoulders-up or chest-up of your character. For feral characters, I tend to add a front paw/leg, a wing or a tail, depending on the character, to make it equal to a more humanoid bust (If you want something specific showing, please say so in the form!). Hands and objects can be included if requested.
Price will vary depending on complexity of the character and of the add-on(s).

Full Bodies

These are representation of the full body of your character(s). They can be standing still or doing some kind of action, floating, or anything that passes through your mind.Price will vary depending on complexity of the character and of the add-on(s).

Reference page

A basic to complex reference sheet of your character. These are meant to express your character in a single image and detail what/who they are as well as any other form(s) they may have.
A basic ref sheet usually just shows off the character's design in a clear way for future artists you may commission.!! These will not be shaded !!For text, here are some examples that can be included, but know this list is not limited to this and the actual one quite extensive.- Basics like name, species, age, ...
- Adjectives to know how the character acts in general.
- A bit more detail like zodiac sign, DoB, personality type, ...
- What the character likes, likes doing, likes seeing, as well as dislikes, hates, can't stand, ...
- Their friends, their accessories, what's in their bag, ...
- Some of their favourite possessions, where they live, vacation spot, ...Anything you can think of. Just look up character reference sheet and take inspiration of whatever you would like on your character's ref.
